A lovely 4 bedroom Cornish traditional character farmhouse set in the heart of the countryside, yet only half a mile from Truro, a perfect location to explore the coasts and gardens of Cornwall.

The farmhouse is set on a 280 acre organic farm with uninterrupted views of the stunning Cornish countryside.

All rooms are of generous proportions, and are comfortably and traditionally furnished.

To the front of this beautiful farmhouse is a large lawn with rustic garden furniture.  The summerhouse has a veranda perfect for a barbeque on those long summer evenings.  

The large farmhouse kitchen with its original  flagstone floor, oil ray- burn and a six ring  gas hob and electric oven.  The kitchen has a very welcoming feel with all expected amenities, dishwasher and family size table! The Kitchen leads to a Laundry room with an additional large power shower.

Separate Dining room for you to enjoy your evening meals.                               
How about supper cooked for you when you arrive home after a busy day out?

Just phone me in the morning and we can arrange a menu to suit you, all food will be locally sourced and cooked with care.

You can relax in the large comfortable Sitting room warmed by a cast iron wood-burner whilst enjoying views of the lake and sipping a glass of wine!  Equipped with a Television, Video and DVD player.  

Large downstairs bathroom with WC, hand-basin and

free-standing Victorian roll top bath.

There is also a separate large bathroom upstairs comprising power shower, WC and hand-basin.

We have four bedrooms upstairs, two with four poster beds, one with a king-size sledge bed which also has an en-suite bathroom and the other as a twin room.  The rooms are spacious and light all with lovely fabrics and furnishings. 

Fly-fishing can be arranged on either of the well stocked trout lakes which are at the bottom of the garden. 

Dogs are welcome by arrangement but please remember there are seasonal bans on most Cornish beaches!
